How do I know if my child needs speech therapy?

You may want to seek a speech language evaluation if your child is a late talker, difficult to understand, recently started stuttering, or is having difficulties following directions and answering questions.

Do you accept insurance?

No, at this time we do not accept insurance, but we can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. View our pricing options here.

How do I know if my insurance will cover services?

Written directions on how to determine out of network benefits for services can be provided. You can also start the process by calling the number on your insurance card to see if speech therapy is covered. Often, you will need a referral from a pediatrician. How do I obtain a referral from a pediatrician?

Ask your pediatrician at your next appointment or call about your speech or language concerns and ask them for an appointment.

Where do you provide therapy?

Our services are currently provided in-home, community-based settings, or virtually through HIPPA-compliant video-conferencing software. Learn more details about our services here.

What precautions are you taking for COVID 19?

Therapist has received vaccination for COVID-19. Service delivery of tele-therapy is optional and use of proper PPE (hand sanitation, mask, social distancing) for in-person therapy. 

What is the length and frequency of a speech session?

The recommended length of a therapy session is based on your child’s individual needs. Therapy sessions can range between 30 to 60 minutes each and may be recommended from one to as much as three days per week. Click here for detailed descriptions about our sessions.

Can I attend my child’s speech therapy session?

Absolutely! We believe parent/caregiver involvement is one of the integral parts to success when helping your child meet his/her goals. You are not required to participate in all sessions but are welcome to join or sit in if you would like.
